1. What is a pre-order?

In the world of online shopping, the concept of pre-ordering has gained significant popularity. But what does it really entail, and what considerations should you keep in mind when opting for a pre-order? 

When you make a pre-order, you’re essentially securing an item that is still in the production phase and not yet available in the warehouse. The production is contingent upon the total number of pre-orders received. This process introduces a deviation in delivery times compared to standard order fulfillment, with provisional dates specified on the product or collection page. These dates are subject to updates in case of any production delays.

Before finalizing your order, it’s crucial to check whether the selected product is available for pre-order. Upon completion of the transaction, an immediate confirmation email containing your order number will be dispatched.

2. Can I change a pre-order?

It is indeed possible to request a modification to the chosen model from the pre-order collection. The staff will check the availability of your desired version and respond promptly. However, once the item is shipped, any alteration requests for the pre-order become impossible.

3. Can I combine in-stock items and pre-order items?

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the seller will dispatch the available items within the standard shipping times. The pre-order product will be shipped separately once it’s ready, resulting in a two-step delivery process.

4. Can I cancel a pre-order item?

Cancellation requests are accepted within 48 hours of finalizing the pre-order. To initiate cancellation, contact customer support through the provided form. Remember to include your order number in the request. Refunds for cancellations made later than 48 hours post-finalization cannot be processed until the product delivery date, as indicated on the product or collection page. Upon successful cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent, affirming the cancellation and specifying that the refund has been initiated.

5. Can I return a pre-ordered product after it has been delivered to me?

Yes, you can opt to return a pre-ordered product within 14 days from delivery. This withdrawal from the contract allows customers to reconsider their purchase within a reasonable timeframe.
