At our August Raurica, you can return or exchange your watch within 14 days after delivery.

For returns/exchanges, a shipping fee of 100 SEK (10 USD) will be charged. If a package sent by us is not picked up, we will charge a fee for shipping and handling costs of 200 SEK ( 20 USD). This fee will then remain on your invoice or be deducted from the amount you would receive back after we process the return.

Things to consider: For us to accept the return or exchange of a watch, it must not have been visibly used, and we need all accessories to be returned, such as the box, instruction manuals, protective labels, and accompanying tools.

Unauthorized, systematic, or intentional misuse of our services, including but not limited to open purchase, exchange, return, damage protection, cancellation, ordering, protection, warranty, complaint, inquiry, trade-in, valuation, may be denied, blocked, reported to the police, and/or ignored if done with malicious intent.”
